From Washington State Department of Transportation Traffic Advisory – June 19, 2012
Drivers on northbound Interstate 5 in Vancouver will encounter a full closure of the exit ramp to State Route 14 (exit 1A) this Thursday, June 21.
The ramp from northbound I-5 to SR 14 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. while crews repair overhead light poles that were damaged in recent collisions.
